On Tuesday, 23 April, 2024, Yashwanth K N, an extraordinary corporate trainer
helped nurses and other staff members at St. Philomena's Hospital decipher the
concept of 'Failure Management'.
He defined failure as a process in which expectations do not match with
outcomes. He also stated that there is a possibility to embrace failure with
creativity.
An aspect that he stressed upon is related to how becoming emotional in case a
person experiences failure hampers rationality.
A few choice facets of the training sessions and a few memorable quotes:
The session also had an activity that helped explain the importance of planning, strategising and implementing the plan just so that obstacles are easily addressed resulting in better outcomes.
A brief song and dance activity to promote the aspect of unity forming the backbone of a community did leave a lasting impact on the participants of this impressive session on Failure Management.
Thanks to Yashwanth, for all your valuable insights!!!
