St. Philomena’s Hospital proudly celebrated the Graduation Ceremony of DNB and MRCP graduates, marking a significant milestone as this program enters its 25th year of excellence in medical education. This momentous occasion was graced by esteemed faculty, distinguished guests, and proud graduates.

The event commenced with a warm welcome address by Dr. Chetan Abraham, DNB Coordinator, setting the tone for an inspiring and memorable ceremony. Sr. Sandhya, Administrator of the hospital, addressed the graduates and the gathering, highlighting the institution’s commitment to medical education and patient care.

The graduation address was delivered by Dr. Shankar Prasad, Medical Director, who emphasized the growth and expansion of the program, acknowledging the contributions of past and present mentors. Dr. Manohar, the Chief Guest, who has been a dedicated physician at St. Philomena’s Hospital for an incredible 46 years, shared his wisdom and experiences, inspiring the graduates to uphold the values of dedication and compassionate care.

As we celebrate this milestone, we express our heartfelt gratitude to the late Dr. Joseph Antony, the visionary Medical Director who initiated this program and laid the foundation for excellence in postgraduate medical education. Under the leadership of Dr. Shankar Prasad, the program has further evolved, incorporating various specialities and strengthening our institution’s legacy of academic excellence.

A special note of appreciation goes to all faculty members, doctors, and Department in- charges who have played a pivotal role in shaping these young doctors into competent and compassionate professionals. Their guidance, dedication, and mentorship have been instrumental in ensuring the success of our graduates.

We take immense pride in the fact that all those who have passed out from this institute are excelling in hospitals across different countries, carrying forward the legacy of St. Philomena’s Hospital with honour and distinction.
